  Pick Up & Delivery 

Regular Customer: Once a week pick-up & delivery

If we pick up your garments on Thursday, we will deliver it next Thursday.

Group (companies, apartments, etc ) & Big customers: Twice a week.

 

  Weather problem 

In case of weather problems (rain, storm, snow, etc.) Use any plastic bag for protection. If you do not protect your garments and it gets damaged,

we are not responsible for any damages incurred.

 

  Vacation 

If you are planning to go on vacation or you will not be at your home for a long time, please leave us a memo or send us an e-mail. If you still want delivery, you must provide us with safe location to leave your garments.

we are not responsible for anything lost or stolen .

 

 Late Delivery  

If some unexpected events should occur and we cannot deliver your garments on time than we will deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

 

  Restrictions of cleaning 

We may not be able to clean your garment if the color might separate or bleed from the materials. (ex. A clothes that have light and dark color when washed can bleed yogether.)

 

We might not be able to clean some types of clothes. If we think that the clothes will be damaged after or during the cleaning we will not clean it.

 

We may occasionally realize a potential problem and ask your permission to process your item by phone or e-mail. If you accept it, you will be cleaning your garments at your own risk. However, we will take care of your garments with extreme care and will try to return your garments in good condition. The cleaning results depend upon the condition of your garment such as colorfastness, the age of fabric, the weakness of fabric, and so on.

 

If damage should arise, It will not be our responsibility due to your permission prior to processing. Also we will call you as soon as possible if we experience any problems.

 

  Re-cleaning - Satisfaction Guarantee 

If your are in anyway unsatisfied with our cleaning we will be happy to reclean your clothes by request. (The garment must be on hanger and must not be worn.)

 

  Damaged garment  

You must notify us of any damage on clothes or it may be possible that we will not clean the damaged garment. (we will call soon as we find any damages.)

 

  Common problems 

Laundry shirts may get damaged because of long continuous cleaning process.

we are not responsible for any damages.

 

  Special buttons  

If needed we will detach "special buttons" before cleaning and sew them back on later. There will be an additional charge for these services.

   
 

 

  Repair charge policy 

We will check your clothes before pressing whether it will be needed to repair. If  we fix your garments, we can charge you with minimum charge without your permission.

 

  Safety and privacy for online order  

We, Crown Cleaners, are concerned with your privacy to any third party. Any online information is never released. We may use your information only for deliveries, monthly credit card statements, and for quality improvements to our service. Any information you give us is held with the ultimate care and security. Again, we only use your information mainly for delivery and payment. When you place orders with Crown Cleaners, the information you provide remains private and secure.
 

  Dealing with your personal information 
In order to provide excellent service, we ask for specific personal information when you register as a customer. Your name, address, phone number, e-mail, payment and special delivery instructions help us to deliver your order on time. We will contact you if there are any questions or problems with your order. Your user name and password allows Crown Cleaners to verify that you are a registered customer and allow you to acess our online service.
